We are building a next-level revenue operations function in a leading SaaS fully remote company, aiming to support all commercial teams in our Go-to-Market function (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success) to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency by aligning and optimising processes, systems, and strategies across the entire customer lifecycle.
As a Junior Revenue Operations Manager in our Revenue Operations team, you will be a key player in supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions—Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Your focus initially will have a strong emphasis on data integrity and workflow optimisation.
Your Tasks
- Ensure data hygiene in HubSpot and other integrated platforms, while enhancing the daily user experience for our commercial team
- Lead tech change projects by gathering requirements from GTM teams and implementing them in alignment with our business objectives
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations leadership to develop and execute strategies that guide our commercial organization, from lead routing to forecasting
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to solve business challenges through GTM process optimisation, ensuring data quality and tech infrastructure integrity
- Improve handoff processes across GTM functions to enhance cross-functional efficiency (e.g., lead routing, account scoring, sales engineering, post-sales account management).
- Document and educate teams on new processes, focusing on continuous improvement within HubSpot and the broader GTM tech stack.
Your Profile
- You have min 1 year of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in high-growth startups
- You have data analytics or CRM administration experience, including customisation and process improvement
- Exceptional analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ideal tool stack knowledge: Hubspot, Planhat, Zapier, Chargebee, Gsheets
