About the role:
We’re hiring our founding Product Marketing Manager to refine our brand and value proposition and devise strategies to acquire new customers, with a focus on our newest product offerings. This is an impactful role, with a focus on utilizing data and experimentation to develop insights into Snappr’s competitive positioning and ultimately fuelling growth. This role could eventually evolve into a wider scope of existing customer retention and engagement.
What you'll do:
- Craft compelling marketing collateral that drives customer engagement and conversion, including but not limited to impactful website landing pages, website content, and sales enablement material
- Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute GTM strategies that drive product awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
- Setup advanced email and LinkedIn outreach automations that are deeply linked to our product.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover insights and trends that inform our strategies and differentiate our product in the market.
You're an ideal fit if:
- You have experience at earlier stage (Series A to C) startups.
- You’ve led growth or product marketing at a product-led startup.
- You have helped bring a new product to market.
- You have focused mostly on B2B product marketing (as opposed to B2C).
- You want to work closely with the CEO to shape user acquisition strategy.
- You’re a skilled, fast writer who wants to refine Snappr’s brand voice and positioning.
- You get excited by running experiments.
- You have experience creating marketing content and collateral.
- You love being scrappy, rolling up your sleeves, and trying new things
Bonus points if:
- You have experience with Google Analytics and SEO.
- You know how to sell a product with an ROI-centric motion.
- You’re a former founder.
