Maven is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to join our team. Reporting into our CFO, you will be responsible for accelerating and scaling Maven’s growth strategy and ensuring we have the right people, systems and processes in place to achieve our goals. Collaborating directly with our Growth, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams, you will implement performance metrics, collaborate with Growth to design and deliver performance improvement initiatives, oversee deal desk activities, and define the needs of the tech stack required to scale the organization.
We are looking for a leader who possesses a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the vision to scale a high-functioning Revenue Operations team.
As Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will:
- Manage and scale the Revenue Operations team to maintain a high performing, data-driven team that is viewed as a strategic enabler of Growth across the company
- Develop key performance metrics, dashboards and reports that help the Sales and Client Success organizations improve funnel efficiency and achieve growth objectives; partner with our CFO to build and deliver executive reporting to ensure business leaders understand drivers and risk areas
- Serve as a thought partner to the Chief Growth Officer, identifying and escalating trends, risks and opportunities in the organization and making strategic recommendations for improvement
- Build upon Maven’s existing Deal Desk to ensure we are making decisions efficiently and effectively; partner closely with Strategic Finance on strategic deals and new business opportunities
- Own and deliver our commission strategy and plans in partnership with Growth leadership to align incentives and performance
- Develop strategies to optimize SFDC, other SaaS tools and data across all business units in order to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency across the Growth organization
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics and policies
- Develop and optimize sales processes and programs as it relates to our sales toolkit, including Forecasting and supporting a variety of Business Units
We’re looking for you to bring:
- 10+ years of relevant leadership level experience in a SaaS, Software or technology business in a revenue operations capacity
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, empowering teams and a keen business sense
- Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive program management, execution and results
- Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with cross functional GTM departments
- Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience managing deal desks (or comparable operational function), with demonstrated success collaborating cross functionally on an effective process
- Deep SFDC expertise and expert knowledge of enterprise sales tools
- Ability to develop high-functioning Revenue Operations teams
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $245,000-$275,000 per year. You will also be entitled to take part in the company bonus program, and receive stock options and benefits.
