Biofourmis’ Digital Health solutions are deployed in partnership with the world’s leading biotech, pharma, and health systems that are pushing the innovation boundaries to improve outcomes.With our rapidly growing customer base and project portfolio, we are expanding our team of implementation experts who drive delivery of projects for our customers. The Customer Care and Operations group works closely with internal and external customer teams to deploy Biofourmis solutions and maximize the value derived by our customers.

Within the Customer Care and Operations group, the Business Analyst team plays a key client-facing role and works in close collaboration with Customer Success and Engineering teams to produce high-quality client-specific platform configuration requirements, to construct clear and comprehensive business process workflow diagrams, and to guide end-users through user acceptance testing.We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in client-focused solutioning with domain knowledge of healthcare, hospital operations, clinical trials, and/or medical devices. The individual will be responsible for liaising between clients and internal project and product teams during the implementation of key projects. The individual must be able to facilitate workshops/sessions with key users; elicit business requirements and translate into application configuration requirements; define and document scope and objectives to support product and project teams; lead working sessions to draft cross-functional business process workflows; and guide clients through user acceptance testing. This is a key role that will have direct impact on the company’s relationship with external customers and business partners.

Responsibilities


  • Facilitate client/customer interactions to elicit and assess configuration requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams of experts including Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Security, Compliance, and Customer Service to deliver successfully on a customer engagement.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze project related information from client teams on behalf of the Biofourmis development and product management teams.
  • Partner with project and product teams to deliver on customer engagements.
  • Manage appropriate project documentation and reporting needs.
  • Facilitate and lead the documentation of business process flows that will aid the client in effective change management and maximize adoption.
  • Support delivery teams in project tasks and ensure deliverables are of the highest quality, timelines are met.
  • Monitor and achieve alignment on scope of work.
  • Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and assist in developing associated mitigation plans.
  • Guide client users through user acceptance testing and a conference-room dry run prior to go-live.
  • Support and manage vendor and business partner relationships where appropriate for the delivery of customer engagement.
  • Lead and support the evolution of internal processes and project artifacts to enable continuous growth and process improvement over time.
  • Maintain a positive, flexible, results-oriented attitude, and embrace a culture of customer success and operational excellence.

Requirements


  • 7+ years of experience in fast paced and dynamic environment, working within customer/client facing teams for project delivery.
  • Experience as a business analyst, leading requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, information technology, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership working with external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong inter-personal skills (communications, team building, leading workshops, etc.).
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum AND Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Preferred


  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences industries, with general understanding of related regulatory requirements (e.g. GxP, Software as Medical devices, Combo therapies, HIPAA, GDPR etc.).
  • Experience working in a fast paced rapidly growing startup.
  • Experience working with cross functional global teams spread across time zones.
  • Experience in defining and visualizing complex business process workflows in Lucid, Visio, or similar tools.

Base compensation for this role is 85k to 110K based upon experience.#LI-DNI
