The Role
We are looking for a talented People Operations Associate to join our growing team here at Turquoise Health. As the People Ops Associate, you will manage many of the day-to-day People Ops activities through versatility and being comfortable with operating across most People Ops/HR focus areas. This role is well suited for an agile, adaptive, "roll up the sleeves" HR professional. You are passionate about jumping into various activities, have a growth mindset, and love taking on new challenges. - Support the People Ops function by providing a wide range of services including benefits administration, data and record keeping, engagement initiatives, and end-to-end HR service delivery
- Identify automation process opportunities and work on ongoing process improvement projects
- Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS and other personnel information as needed
- Assist with on-boarding/off-boarding and other employee change tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
- Use a creative approach to learning and development to drive a culture of development
- Assist with the design and implementation of DEIB programming
- Assist with the planning and execution of our co-working travel weeks and bi-annual company summits (event planning)
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
- Be a culture champion and help develop, participate, and lead various cultural initiatives
Some of the time:
- Collaborate with People Ops colleagues on cross-functional initiatives to help implement new People programs, processes, and policies
- Assist with company communications and internal wiki maintenance
Every now and then:
- Generate and maintain reporting for People Ops for presentations and planning purposes
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures, and practices (e.g. EEO, FMLA, ADA, DOL, FLSA, and similar regulatory requirements)
Requirements
What you bring to the People Operation Associate role:
- Experience in Human Resources with proven knowledge, understanding, and exposure to a variety of HR disciplines including developing and supporting engagement and administrative work
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Communication and collaboration skills across seniority levels and functions. This is a MUST for remote workers at Turquoise Health
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/knowledge. We are happy to work with strong candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $110,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and reflect the minimum and maximum salary across all US locations (they are location agnostic). Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
Please note that the salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

Job Location
Turquoise Health is a fully remote company based in the US. We work with team members and contractors in the US and around the world, but we operate on US business hours and work with clients entirely based in the US. For this role, we are seeking US-based candidates.
