Account management responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers and potential new customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and developing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client questions and identify new business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs, help them through email/phone calls.

  • Build and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respect.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

  • Maintain and increase the revenue that company gets from their clients.

  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.

Requirements



  • Must have 5-7 years of Account Management experience

  • A growth-focused sales mindset to constantly pursue upsell-cross sell opportunities while ensuring excellent retention rates are hit.

  • Having excellent communication(objection handling, relationship management, people management) skills to create a strong bond with the clients.

  • Excellent English speaking skills, high analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence.

  • Excellent Turkish speaking skills, calm, trustworthy, informative, kind, professional temper is a plus.

  • Ability to manage CRM tools, making use of sales automation tools.

  • Reporting monthly, quarterly, yearly sales performance via necessary metrics.

  • Being able to deliver high performance and hit/exceed monthly, quarterly, yearly targets.

  • Being able to adapt to an international, multicultural environment, having worked, studied abroad is a plus

  • Creative, outgoing, kind, altruist attitude is a big plus.
