As a member of the Marketing team in EMEA, you’ll play a key role in Vanta’s expansion strategy by building and scaling key marketing programs and campaigns to hit pipeline goals.

We are a collaborative team, working closely with other members of the marketing team as well as stakeholders across the organization to develop campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of demand generation or field marketing experience in the B2B space. They will be an innovative thinker, a strong communicator, and a natural problem-solver. What you’ll do as a Field Marketing Manager - EMEA at Vanta:
Support pipeline strategy in EMEA regions including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Benelux and Nordics
Webinar strategy, execution, and enablement (in partnership with the global campaigns team)
Third party event and conference coordination
Field event activation research, enablement, and execution (including travel for in-person events)
Localization efforts across ad campaigns, web pages, and content so content resonates with our target audience across EMEA
Partner with the marketing operations, email marketing, and digital marketing teams to support your campaigns
Collaborate with corporate marketing team, including content, product marketing, and design to fuel activations
Drive ABM campaigns in partnership with sales team
Communicate often with EMEA Sales and CS Teams about your campaigns and events, to ensure visibility and appropriate follow ups are taken
Report out on regional and campaign performance leveraging tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Tableau
How to be successful in this role:
At least give years of demand generation or field marketing experience, preferably in the B2B sector. Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity is a plus.
Ability to use data to inform decisions, optimizing campaigns and reporting on performance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with multiple teams and communicating with stakeholders.
Innovative and strategic thinking to navigate challenges and maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with Salesforce for campaign management and performance tracking.
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau to report on metrics and insights.
Familiarity with content localization tools and strategies to tailor content to diverse European markets.
