About the Role
Project Delivery
- Manages the successful delivery of medium to high complexity and/or medium to high-risk projects to time, cost and quality measures using appropriate methodologies and industry best practice
- Leads the development of the project delivery approach / strategy
- Matrix management of customers and cross-functional teams including Nasstar resources and third-party suppliers
Responsibilities:
- Leads, manages, and mentors cross functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of project activities.
- Tracks and effectively manages interdependencies and competing priorities.
- Identifies potential risks and proactively develops mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Works with the scheduling team to allocate and manage resources effectively, aligning staffing profiles with project budges and consultant availability.
- Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders including Senior Leadership, and team members to gain buy in and support.
- Establishes KPIs and metrics to measure project status and delivered value, regularly reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and refines project delivery plans based on feedback and results.
- Develops and maintains clear and transparent communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed about project status, milestones, and changes.
What we are looking for:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure projects, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and employee experience initiatives (M365, endpoint management).Proven experience of successfully delivering multiple concurrent & complex projects in a fast-paced MSP environmentProven experience of successfully delivering security related projects including security remediation work and cyber security initiatives.Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, services, security, M365, and endpoint management solutions.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Knowledge of using techniques for planning, monitoring and governance including risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions managementAble to manage projects budgets, maintaining tight control and concisely articulating budget risks & issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely mannerStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate effectivelySuperb stakeholder and relationship management skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and hierarchies, including C-level executives.Experience in build to run projects and collaborating with service introduction teams
