Your Mission 🚀


As an Enterprise ADR at Census, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively generating Enterprise outbound opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You will be responsible for booking meetings through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn. Additionally, you will be tasked to help improve outbound campaigns, while working with AE’s to outbound to Enterprise companies. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound outreach and a focus on maximizing conversion rates from leads to opportunities.

Your Responsibilities 🗓



  • Lead Management: Engage with all leads from accounts that are routed to you. Ex: Engaged, Aware, Trail Overages

  • Opportunity and Qualification :Proactively set up meetings that lead to qualified opportunities within the assigned segment (USA) 

  • KPI’s to Expect: Engaging at least 5 new accounts per day through a combination of emails, calls, LI messages, and meetings. Measured on opportunities created, size of those opportunities, opportunity advancement, activity metrics, and quality of outreach. 

  • Generate qualified opportunities for our Census Embedded or Enterprise Plans and route them to the appropriate Account Executive, collaborating with the territory manager to assign accounts.

  • Trial Management: Handle all trials for accounts with more than 100 employees, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed for a successful trial experience.

  • Outbound Outreach: Proactively engage with Enterprise organizations through outbound efforts, targeting closed-lost opportunities, free users, marketing-engaged leads, and high-intent accounts.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize prospect and customer experience and engagement process

  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge to create, educate, and qualify Data and Operations teams about Census and themodern data stack.

  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.

  • Ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and building from the ground up.

  • High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity using software for previous work (CRM, email, etc)

  • Previous sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in software

  • Strong existing sales skills (sales methodology as well as organization and communication) as well as a desire and aptitude to quickly learn

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Report to our Denver office 3 days per week

Compensation 💰


On-Target Earnings $70,000-$80,000
