We are in search of individuals with the drive to augment manufacturing, helping enable our engineers to build complex, yet elegant software as well as machinists who have a passion for pushing the trade forward.
Your first 30 days
- Onboard as a Factory Technician to learn Hadrian's Machining technology & processes, with a particular focus on building familiarity with our internal ERP
- Own programming of a medium-complex part to get introduced to our PC-DMIS automation tools and robotics cell as well as develop working partnership with CAM programming and Machining team
- Understand Hadrian's unique workflow and how to leverage our entire suite of metrology asset
- Identify possible engineering projects you want to work on
Success in this role
- Reliably programming high tolerance aerospace parts while hitting aggressive production timelines
- Consistently and reliably own the Quality processes of assigned jobs. This includes partnering with CAM Programming on a manufacturing strategy, developing the appropriate in-process manual inspections, and optimizing the final inspection strategy for prototyping or high volume production applications.
- In Proveout phases, be an effective thought partner with Machining and Programming in order to influence manufacturing strategy modifications with the right data and production intuitions.
- Write effective, clear, and standardized work instructions for Technicians to be able to perform CMM and Manual inspections. This includes designing user-friendly fixtures with minimal room for error (i.e using jigs) for the operator.
