Better.com seeks an Sr. Analyst to be a key member supporting the US team
.
Analyst you will work closely with Accounts Payable team. This role will have regular interaction with stakeholders and various business units across Better.com and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
●Posting & Processing monthly invoices●Making sure invoice approvals from vendor owners are done in timely manner●Resolving open/ disputed items with vendors/ vendor owners●Marking bills as paid and creating vendor credits●Month end Schedules preparation - Prepaid, accrual, depreciation, intercompany●P&L and Balance sheet account reconciliation●Posting bank entries on accounting software●Preparation of checks as and when required●Working on AP aging report●Help in the audit process
Basic Qualifications
●Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred●Experience range – 3-5 years ●Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software●Experience in NetSuite & Coupa.●Must have ERP AP system experience●Strong personal computer and business solutions software skillsApply for this job
