Created in 2013, Lydia quickly became the reference for payment between friends. The French fintech has gained great notoriety for this feature and now has more than 7 million users. In recent years, Lydia has developed other services - pot, current account, common account, savings, credit, investment... to become the daily and complete payment application for millions of French people.
With 250 employees based in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux and Lyon, Lydia has set itself the task of changing the codes of the bank by offering all the essential services to manage your money on a daily basis through a simple, accessible and enjoyable customer experience.We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Brand Designer to join our creative team. As Senior Brand Designer, you will play a key role in the development and evolution of the visual identities of our two brands: Lydia, our peer to peer payment app, and Sumeria, an up-and-coming bank we've just launched.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the consistency and quality of our brands across all communication channels.
What will you do:
- Develop and reinforce the visual identity of our two brands in collaboration with the product and marketing team;
- Design visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, website, mobile applications and events;
- Create detailed brand guidelines and ensure their application across all media and platforms;
- Work closely with product teams to ensure a consistent and harmonious user experience;
- Oversee design projects from start to finish, from conceptualization to final execution;
- Coach and mentor junior designers, sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback;
- Monitor the competition and design trends to ensure the innovation and relevance of our visuals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in graphic design, preferably in a tech or agency environment;
- Strong ability to craft your ideas quickly and challenge them continuously;
- Ability to explain your work, process, and decisions and seek feedback to help you produce your best work;
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines;
- Proven experience in branding and visual identity development;
- Exceptional attention to detail and constant concern for quality;
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design and outstanding creative achievements;
- You speak English fluently.
Bonus:
- You worked on a brand that that released an app on the App Store and/or Play Store;
- You have specialized skills in creating key visual assists such as: illustration, motion design, 3D models, photography, etc.

- On-site exercise presentation and portfolio review with Félix Lepoutre (VP Design) and Romain Pereira (Lead Brand & Visual Designer).
