The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with an interest in building mission-critical AI Engineering and Product teams. These new AI positions are critical to Podium’s growth and success.In this role, you can expect high-impact and wide-ranging responsibilities that include: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy and partnership with company leaders, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. You must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and build new processes.*This position will require you to work 3x/week in our Lehi, Utah office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with senior leaders across the Engineering and Product organizations to develop and execute recruiting strategies specifically focused on high-priority AI positions.
- Own and drive searches to fill unique and critical technical roles.
- Create strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each role.
- Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.
- Initiate and implement creative and scalable changes to existing recruiting strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience and to close top talent.
EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry, with a focus on senior engineer, product and niche technical roles.
- Proven ability to successfully identify and qualify a diverse pool of technical candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
- Positive personality and willingness to jump in and help with special projects.
- Think like an owner. Take ownership and initiative within the tasks that have been assigned to you. Ability to work effectively and independently.
- Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results
- Must be able to work 3x/week (Tue-Thur) onsite in our Lehi, UT office.
