What we’re looking for:
1) Manage Agency Onboarding Lifecycle from scoping requirements to vendor selections, due diligence, commercial finalization to agreement2) Own Agency SOPs and ensure compliance to RBI guidelines3) Ensure smooth handshakes in transitions from inhouse to agency and clawbacks4) Own and drive daily operations with agencies with regular cadences on metrics, exception handling, cx grievance redressal & coverage5) Own and manage audit and quality framework6) Own and drive comms and engagement strategy for all allocated customers to maximize recovery7) Lead the product requirements charters across 3P engagements
