What you'll do:
Support the GTM team to improve their analytical and operational needs to help the team win more business more efficiently
Program manage the execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional partners (Product, Sales, Marketing, CS, Data Analytics, etc.)
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness through process optimization and streamlining operations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with executives and departments to ensure alignment and synergy across functions, fostering cross-functional communication and collaboration
Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to develop revenue forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
Who you are:
2+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles at marketplaces or B2B SaaS companies
An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and possessing a strong sense of grit
Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes
You have succeeded in high-growth teams (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience)
Bias towards action with the ability to quickly consider what long-term decisions must be made today and what can start as an MVP
A proven track record of concurrently managing multiple complex projects to completion within tight deadlines
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CSM teams to identify revenue opportunities and develop pricing and packaging strategies
You love thinking about problems from a fundamentals approach; you translate strategic vision into measurable success metrics and applicable plans
You back your decisions up with data, and you're comfortable pulling SQL or modeling in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or product
Advanced skills in SFDC. Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LeanData, Marketo, Looker, or other BI tools is a plus
