Role
This position is part of a high-functioning, high-performing team and will combine expertise in multiple technical areas including software development, vulnerability research, and networking. The role provides an opportunity to design and implement full-stack applications and write code that will go directly to operators on the front lines of the US cyber mission.

Responsibilities
- Participate and lead design and architecture of back-end systems
- Develop robust and high-quality tools and solutions, putting the user’s requirements first and always driving towards a working product on-time
- Integrate and build testing into product family, ensuring complete code coverage
- Facilitate delivery and deployment of operational capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Degree requirement can be met with four years of hands-on experience in a software engineer or similar full time position
- 2+ years of experience as a professional software developer
- Proficient in the following programming languages – Assembly, C/C++, Python
- Proficient in C build environments (i.e. CMake, Make, Gitlab CI)
- Comfortable and proficient in Linux-based development environments
- Ability to collaborate as a team but execute independently
- Comfortable in a high-trust, adaptable, team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a CNO engineer or similar role
- Linux, Unix, and Windows based security research experience to include kernel reverse engineering.
- Proficient in containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Podman)
- Internship or industry experience in the Cyber Operations domain
- Experience with Hackathons or Capture the Flag (CTF) events
- Experience communicating with customers and end-users
