About The Role
We're rapidly growing our clinical team as we cultivate new partnerships with enterprises across the healthcare spectrum. We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work as a Clinical Manager to support our Florida and Georgia teams in addition to new markets as we continue to expand.This role will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and you will collaborate closely with all Clinical Managers and internal stakeholders to effectively lead the charge of the Sprinters in your assigned regions.

Key responsibilities include ...
- Managing and building a team of Sprinters who will travel to patient’s homes and/or place of business to collect blood samples and perform additional low acuity and diagnostic services
- Shadowing the Sprinters out in the field to ensure the highest level of quality and customer service is being provided
- Creating, organizing and presenting hands on skills training for newly hired Sprinters and/ or retraining of current Sprinters
- Handling any escalations with tact and professionalism in line with company policy and standards
- Frequently reviewing and providing input on Clinical documentation
- Acting as backup coverage for Sprinter’s out in the field when needed
- Ability to travel, train, and open new offices throughout the United States
- Interest and ability to work with product/design/engineering teams to provide feedback and feature suggestions to uphold clinical standards and make Sprinting as seamless for the team as possible

Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of Registered Nurse experience
- Direct report management experience
- Comfortable working with modern technology
- Extensive travel required (30-50%)
This position will be based out of our Florida office with extensive travel required to support additional regions (up to 50%).
