We are seeking a Campaign Manager with a strong track record in developing and executing effective campaigns featuring compelling messaging using multiple mediums. The ideal candidate will excel in testing and scaling efficient channels to engage our audience at various points along the customer journey. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a track record of implementing new and effective marketing strategies from concept to execution, utilizing data-driven insights to refine and evolve campaign approaches.

Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets and project timelines, ensuring resource utilization efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in email marketing, content promotion, webinars, ABM, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Strategic mindset enabling translation of business goals into comprehensive campaign strategies, with a holistic customer journey focus.
- Ability to create and tailor campaign assets for diverse buyer personas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fostering robust cross-functional partnerships.
- Proven ability to independently identify and resolve problems, initiating projects and strategies autonomously.
- Exceptional project management abilities, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment (e.g., doubling revenues year over year).
- Expertise in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, along with a history of exploring and adopting new tools for campaign design and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in B2B or B2B2C, employer benefits market, or the healthcare industry.

Pay Transparency
The ranges we place in our job postings reflect what we anticipate to be the minimum to maximum of the base salary for this role. Additionally, our overall benefits package includes a few things you may consider towards a total compensation such as bonus, health benefits (some employer paid), PTO, and equity option grants. Salary Range$95,000—$112,000 USD
