YOUR TEAM
At Nuna, Design sets the bar for the character, tone & visual impact of the product and is responsible for designing experiences that are equally visually compelling and easy to use. To build experiences that are useful, usable and desirable, this role requires deep empathy and understanding of a complex ecosystem of users across healthcare payers, providers and patients. Nuna Designers embrace their superpower to visualize the ideal user experience, rapidly testing and iterating on solutions, aligning the teams on a common vision. Leveraging our collective backgrounds and insights, we are now crafting an innovative new patient experience that leverages the latest advancements in AI and behavioral economics. We are redefining the boundaries of health and wellness. As a Senior Product Designer at Nuna, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers and data scientists to build delightful, simple and engaging experiences for our new patient-facing product. YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
- Lead the end-to-end design process for our consumer mobile healthcare application, from initial concepts to detailed interactions and pixel-perfect visuals
- Proactively find and propose ways to make every part of the product more joyful and easy to use
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, and data scientists to define product requirements and design solutions that meet user needs
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups and detailed UX specifications to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and ensure usability and accessibility for all users
- Ensure consistency in design elements and user experience across all touchpoints of the application
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and design tools to drive innovation and excellence in product design
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing mobile consumer experiences for iOS and Android
- Demonstrated history of taking initiative, leading an end to end design process, and getting things done at the appropriate level of polish against tight timelines
- A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work and process, with a focus on user-centered design principles
- Fluency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies to validate design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing mobile consumer experiences in healthcare to support behavior change
- Experience designing for AI
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $162,000 to $198,000.
