We are actively seeking a Worldwide FAE Manager based in CA, US. In this role, you are responsible for leading the US & APAC FAE team. Responsibility
- Responsible for managing the Global FAE team
- Responsible for allocation of staff to projects
- Report projects status to management
- Defining staff member’s goals
- Coaching, performance review, and development of their staff
- Responsible for time off requests
- On-boarding of new staff to ensure they are effective as soon as possible
Required Experience
- 5+ years as a team leader / manager in a fast-paced customer facing technical support role, ideally supporting 25Gb/s+ high-speed technologies
- Strong leadership – able to manage multi-functional team with high efficiency, able to resolve complex issues and deliver results under pressure and stringent deadline
- Experience as a company representative for a standards body (Ethernet, PCIe, USB, DisplayPort). Has strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence standards decisions and achieve Kandou product certification.
- Excellent problem solver with a solid understanding of applications and technologies for high-speed SerDes in data center and consumer environments including: Ethernet, PCIe, USB, DisplayPort etc.
- Solid understanding of key-signal integrity and system level challenges/solutions for high-speed SerDes.
- Manage solution integration projects from design to delivery, achieving the best customer satisfaction
- Actively engage industry experts to evangelize Kandou retimer and IP solutions
- Improve revenue by collaborating with channel and technology partners to expand the ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively communicate complex technical topics and influence key decision makers
- Excellent knowledge of advanced packaging, high-speed SerDes test equipment, CPU, GPU, DSP, Ethernet Switch/Packet Processor ASIC architectures

- Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate broadly with C-Level executives to junior
- Highly responsive, problem solver and team player. Works well cross-functional
- Self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Scripting skills (Python preferred)
- Comfortable working remotely
- Comfortable with the ambiguity inherent in sales situations
- Familiarity with digital and AMS EDA tools
Required Education
- B.S. or Master in E.E., MBA or Communications degree preferred
