We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Business Manager to join the Office of the CEO team.
About the team
The Office of the CEO is a newly created and highly cross functional group focused on driving operational efficiencies across critical go-to-market and operational teams within the organization. This team works directly with the CEO and executive staff to design systems that support growth, rapid evolution, and the commitment to our company culture and obsession for creators, consumers, and shareholders.
What you’ll do
As a Business Manager at Narvar, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, identify gaps and opportunities in existing processes, and execute critical projects that improve efficiency, drive strategic initiatives and business growth.

Minimum requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or business operations roles.
- BA/BS degree required
- Ability to identify and implement opportunities for business process improvement.
- Ability to document and apply business requirement guidelines to team projects.
- Proficiency in cross-team and client collaboration.
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
- Proven training in Business Process Modeling
- MBA preferred
- Retail and ecommerce consulting experience is a big plus

Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location.
