Litify is looking for a Director, Solution Engineering to be an integral leader on our go-to market team. In this role, you will be primarily supporting the Solution Engineering team in sales efforts in client-facing meetings, calls, and projects, and to develop and lead custom demonstrations.
The Solution Engineering team at Litify is responsible for presenting product offerings in a value-driven way to prospects and customers, with the end goal being to instill confidence in the technology and to remove all technical objections in the pre-sales efforts. To accomplish this, the Director, Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to mentor, coach and leverage their existing technical and sales skills, including the ability to uncover business requirements, develop a solution strategy, and configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of Solution Engineers by providing technical guidance (solution design), career development and mentorship
- Exemplifying our core values to maintain high morale and motivate the SE team to go above and beyond.
- Ensure that the Solution Engineering team can deliver Litify’s value proposition to its prospects and customers and build best in class solutions that solve the customer’s challenges.
- Act as a player/coach to manage your deal specific responsibilities while collaborating with and meeting the needs of your team
- Build and demonstrate the Litify platform in a way that aligns with the customer’s needs
- Lead and coach discovery sessions for potential Litify clients alongside our sales team
- Directly engage internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations
- Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing and External Implementation Partners to deliver winning solutions
- Configure custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities and enhance standard demos for use by internal team members
- Lead/Participate in strategic deals
- Build and drive relationships with sales leadership
- Answer and oversee the completion of responses to RFPs
- Ability to travel domestically (25%)
To be successful in this role, you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales role
- 2+ years of direct front line management experience
- Deep Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience, with the ability to present and demo to a business or technical audience
- Hands on Salesforce technical experience. The ability to build automation via Flow Builder, design and configure Lightning Pages, Permissions/Security experience, and general Salesforce Platform skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Demo Environments and Package Management
- Experience with Enterprise Sales
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
- Legal experience strongly preferred
Disclosure:The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000-160,000.
