Centivo is looking for a Client Implementation Manager to join our team!As a Client Implementation Manager, you who will represent Centivo throughout the implementation of key clients; working with client project leaders, internal functional experts, and 3rd party vendors and to implement Centivo health plan products and services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manages implementation of sales for new complex customers, primarily in the level funded space (smaller mid-market) space.
- Supports Implementation Managers with file feeds and vendor integrations as needed. (I.e. Claims feeds, PBM integrations, etc)
- Develops, plans, and organizes cross functional teams to implement customer programs as stated in proposals.
- Attends and/or chairs client meetings with, Account Manager, 3rd party vendors, and brokers.
- Develops overall implementation timeline. May customize implementation in order to meet client requirements.
- Prepare reports/documents for internal and external presentations.
- Provides regular updates to Leadership, Client and stakeholders on the status of client implementations and reasons for delay or missed milestones.
- Provides and/or coordinates appropriate system demonstrations and training.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of insurance industry related experience required.
- 1+ year of experience managing projects in the insurance industry.

Pay Transparency
The ranges we place in our job postings reflect what we anticipate to be the minimum to maximum of the base salary for this role. Additionally, our overall benefits package includes a few things you may consider towards a total compensation such as bonus, health benefits (some employer paid), PTO, and equity option grants. Salary Range$67,000—$110,000 USD
