We are growing and looking for an experienced and creative
PPC Campaign Manager to join our performance team.If you are data-driven and goal-oriented, independent, creative, and proactive - you’re the one we’re looking for!
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years of experience in product companies
- Excellent Excel proficiency
- English at mother tongue or high level
- Proactive, creative, problem-solving attitude
Bonus points:
- Experience with managing large-scale global B2B campaigns
- Experience with app advertising
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Initiate, develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns
- Create and optimize creative assets
- Analyze performance data to find growth opportunities
- Be an active part of the growth team; brainstorm, help, QA, and support others when needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Provide insights & recommendations

The Growth department is made up of 4 teams: Performance, Brand & Marketing, Content, and Communications. As part of the team, you’ll be a stakeholder in various tasks, including market research, competitive analysis, campaign execution, and content creation. We work closely with Product teams, Marketing teams, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our products are positioned and marketed effectively.We're the ones who make sure our product reaches new audiences and that users keep coming back.As part of a Growth team within a fintech company, you’ll have a unique opportunity to make a real impact on Melio, its product, and our users and help the company scale.
