In this role, you will be responsible for driving a best-in-class online customer experience that both showcases core tenets of the brand while also driving business impacting improvements through website conversion.

This includes digital tactics such as, navigation, content, SEO optimizations, and on-site search. The ideal eCommerce Manager is  results oriented, a problem solver, and a self-starter with a passion for the guest experience. The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store & app, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience. This role requires extensive experience with Shopify and  strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee the day to day operations of our Shopify store, including site maintenance, homepage launches and product launches.
  • Define and develop digital merchandising strategies to optimize multi-platform guest experience (desktop and mobile) to ensure seamless guest lifecycle for Dolls Kill and all international sites.
  • Coordinate product/homepage launches ensuring all links are correct and execution of launch is seamless.
  • End to end management of key categories/brands to drive increases in performance and results.
  • Implement merchandising strategies and create relevant curations to support featured stories.
  • Consistently consider the entire customer journey (content landing page, product landing pages, product description pages, cart) when planning strategies to increase conversion. 
  • Utilize key guest behavior data including product views, conversion, bounce rate and engagement to inform on-site navigation, content development and on-page optimizations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising & Design team on key initiatives to ensure copy, messaging, video, images are representative of campaigns and assortment strategies.
  • Contribute to planning and owns execution of navigation experience, categorization, cross-selling and all customer facing entities.
  • Create content strategies and on-site messaging to support business prioritiesCoordinate with product/dev on new functionalities and site refreshes

Qualifications


  • 3-5  years’ experience in eCommerce/Site Merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Must have strong accountability, attention to detail, and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task with strong prioritization skills
  • Adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Results oriented
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Algolia & Tapcart is a plus.

$55,000 - $75,000 a year
