We're seeking an Israel-based Customer Success Manager to join our team and help drive the growth and success of our SMB customers in the European and Israeli market. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our customers' journey, ensuring they get the most out of our platform from implementation through renewal and beyond. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams, advocating for our customers and empowering them to become Torii Champions! This role will report to the Director of Customer Success located in our NYC hub.

Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively manage a portfolio of customers throughout the entire Customer Lifecycle, assuring renewal and expansion are a breeze.
  • Lead new customer implementations, ensuring timely value delivery.
  • Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
  • Champion best practices for SaaS management and platform adoption.
  • Train users to be successful with the platform to be able to derive maximum value.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide valuable feedback to our Product team.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with customers located in IL.

We're looking for someone with:


  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a Customer Success role.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Experience with integration-heavy SaaS applications and/or IT ecosystems.
  • Okta/Google Workspace/Azure, SSO, Hosting, API integrations, etc.
  • A startup mindset, ability to confidently operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Energetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and a creative problem solver.
