Overview:


Urrly is hiring for our client, one of the fastest growing healthcare service companies in the nation. We are looking for a talented Healthcare Data Scientist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and machine learning, with experience in optimizing dialing and campaign strategies to improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze visit completion and call center data to develop predictive models and optimization algorithms.
  • Design and implement machine learning models to improve contact rates, scheduling rates, and visit completion rates.
  • Identify cohorts of members most likely to answer calls, schedule visits, and complete visits.
  • Ensure campaign strategies align with the availability of clinicians in various geographic areas.
  • Collaborate with the call center and clinical teams to deploy and monitor campaigns.
  • Continuously refine models and algorithms based on campaign performance data.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with optimizing campaigns to balance member engagement and clinician availability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • US residency is required.
