You will not only contribute with high-quality code to our product development, but also lead architectural discussions to ensure a scalable and efficient foundation.We work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 days a week in-office culture. We are looking for you exactly if:

Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will among other things be to:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end aspects of our products.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to production
- Partner closely with product managers and designers to translate user needs into impactful and seamless user experiences.
- Advocate for features that prioritize user interaction and satisfaction.
- Design and develop a scalable and maintainable multi-service architecture for our applications.
- Participate actively in code reviews, emphasizing best practices, code quality, and high-performance solutions.
- Be an active participant in sprint planning, technical discussions, and post-mortem reviews.
- Foster knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers, helping them elevate their skills and career paths.
- Develop and implement effective plans to achieve goals and objectives.
We would like you to have:
- 5+ year of coding experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js and Cloud Development
- Expertise in solving complex architectural problems (Clean Architecture a plus)
- Clean coding experience with focus on scalability and reliability
- Demonstrated ability to set project direction and scope
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills both in writing and person
- The ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical and organizational problems to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies
Nice to have
- Infrastructure knowledge (cloud platforms)
- Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, PHP, Angular, React, React Native, and Terraform
- Strong collaboration skills, fostering a positive and open communication environment
- Readiness to learn fast and work autonomously
