The company is headquartered in London, with offices in Philadelphia, The Hague, Toronto, and Sydney.We are looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to grow and develop within our Finance Team.

Budgets and forecasts


  • Continuously refining services revenue forecast ensuring completed timesheets, milestones and project changes are reflecting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • The ability to adapt to changing business conditions and adjust departmental forecasts accordingly
  • Preparing variance analysis, identifying key trends with commentary as required
  • Review project progress to ensure overage is minimised and prepare project profitability reports
  • Assisting in month end reporting and analysis against budget, forecast and prior period results
  • Contribute to the annual/quarterly budgeting and forecasting process
  • Assisting in providing a range of stakeholders with accurate and timely management information

KPIs & Data Analysis


  • Supporting analysis and reporting on revenue and key SaaS metrics such as ARR across all regions and channels of revenue
  • Assisting with analysis and commentary for monthly reporting and board packs
  • Ensuring utilisation reporting in Professional Services Automation (PSA) System is reflecting changes in services org movements and aligned to correct cost centres and regions in preparation for reallocation of revenues/costs
  • Work In Progress (WIP) reporting – review billings and work carried out without contract/PO coverage to ensure balance sheet reflects accurate accrued income position at month end

Other


  • Hold regular update meetings with the Global Services Leadership Team and key stakeholders, to review management information and recommend the actions required
  • Create and maintain project engagements in PSA system ensuring products, services profile (Fixed Price/T&M/Milestone), revenue recognition and billings schedule match contract and any subsequent extensions
  • Support ad hoc financial reporting and analysis from internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with other Business Operation teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data across platforms
  • Contribute and drive various projects, such as automation and improvement of current processes and reports
  • Work closely with the procurement group to help drive efficiencies through cost management and value for money analysis, ensuring requests are within budget allocations

Requirements


Desirable Skills:


  • Understanding of the professional services industry, including revenue recognition, pricing models, and cost structures
  • Experience in creating accurate revenue forecasts and annual budgets for services revenue streams
  • Good Excel skills and financial modelling experience
  • Proven ability to communicate financial concepts to a non-financial audience
  • Commercially minded and has the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Detail-orientated with strong mathematics
  • Experience with PSA systems
  • Experience with Anaplan or similar tools preferred
