We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Analyzing client businesses and needs to accurately scope projects and define project objectives.
- Managing the relationship with clients and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships.
- Meeting with clients online to update them about project progress, discuss results and opportunities, and plan activities for the upcoming month.
- Leading team meetings to monitor project progress and drive performance.
- Initiating and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participating in business development activities, contributing to the growth of our agency.
- Organizing the reporting process, both automated and manual, to provide accurate project updates.
Requirements:
- Project Management experience in the areas of digital marketing or IT.
- Possession of a Project Management certificate (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) would be advantageous (if you don't have it, we will support you in your journey of getting one),
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) and any project management software (we use Productive).
- Exemplary command of the English language to facilitate effective communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization.
- Passion for managing teams and driving results.
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Compensation:
The position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. International candidates are welcome to apply; however, possessing EU residency status or an EU work permit is a mandatory requirement. Proficiency in the Lithuanian language is not necessary for this role.
