Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting related to accounts receivable, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze financial data, identifying trends and performing variance analysis to support accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain diligence in data analysis to refine financial models and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Communicate financial insights clearly to various stakeholders, aiding in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Work with the finance team to meet and exceed financial objectives through strategic analysis and planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Accounts Receivable revenue cycle experience is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
