The Director of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our healthcare facility partners, driving customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities within our existing client base. - Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team achieves its goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare facilities, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our services.
- Develop strategies to expand business with existing clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues, resolving conflicts, and exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of the account management team and track progress towards goals.

- 10+ years of experience in account management, sales or business development roles, preferably in healthcare, with 3+ years of experience managing a team.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams
- Experience leveraging Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud) to manage client health and team productivity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
