MCA Communication is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in recruitment and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
- Monitor the performance of job postings and adjust strategies as needed to attract top talent.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status.
- Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
