Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will lead efforts to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders while leveraging your expertise in government programs and managed care.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies in alignment with overarching business objectives, including market research, target market identification, and attainment of sales quotas. Emphasis on cultivating a robust Healthcare Payer pipeline.
- Represent SafeRide Health at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to forge valuable connections with prospective clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Cultivate and nurture senior-level relationships within assigned states and accounts, particularly within Managed Care Organizations, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with account management teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within our existing portfolio of enterprise Healthcare Payers, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Continuously contribute to refining the sales cycle process, utilizing tools and strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication across departments, working closely with marketing, product, network, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and consistent messaging.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience selling solutions to healthcare providers, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique challenges
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Management Consulting.
- 2+ years of experience selling to Healthcare Payers.
