Response Labs is seeking an Associate Media Director to join our team at our
Arlington, VA or Baltimore, MD office. The Opportunity As an Associate Media Director, you will be responsible for assembling full-funnel, cross-channel paid media campaigns. You will provide thought leadership recommendations, insightful results and key optimizations for campaign success. The Associate Media Director will ensure all campaign and strategic recommendations are matched with other disciplines and properly support broader business objectives. Our Clients look to and trust us to bring solutions at all levels of their business.
You must be able to balance multiple large, complex Clients with quick turn, fast-paced deliverables while operating in a small yet nimble team. We’re looking for a team member with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to be a contributing member of a growing organization. The ideal team member is curious, self-motivated, and a quick learner, able to produce in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where switching between multiple projects with a keen eye for detail is the norm. You’ll be part of the Response Labs Media Team. You will work day-to-day with Production, Strategy and Data, Creative and other cross-functional Team Members to tackle each Client’s unique needs.Responsibilities
- Plans, executes and manages full-funnel, cross-channel media plans
- Key Channels: paid search, paid social, programmatic (display, native display, online video, native video, streaming tv, streaming audio, digital out-of-home)
- Provides support in trafficking campaigns across all digital channels
- Provides support in managing budgets, resources and timelines for account initiatives
- Promotes the Response Labs agency standard of executional excellence and innovative strategic direction
- Aligns with client goals and serves as a strategic partner to exceed them
- Monitors media landscape / industry trends and uses information to guide effective media strategies
- Works with data team to provide insightful campaign reporting and analytics that help drive campaign improvements
- Builds and maintains positive partnerships with media vendors
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience preferred, 5+ years of media agency experience preferred
- Experience creating and selling media plans and ability to articulate strong foundation for plans and strategies
- Software: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads
- Reporting and analytics experience for digital paid media campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and client facing presentations, documents and reports
- Strong negotiator and advanced numeracy skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, dependable, detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow with a fast-paced company
