The OpportunityVistaVu seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional for a 4-month contract to work with our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the organization in delivering a great customer experience while managing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work 2-3 days weekly in our Calgary downtown office.This is a 4-month part-time (4 hrs per day) contract from July 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024.How do you know you are a fit?

What will you be doing?Maintaining Gainsight & OneVu
- Ensure data uploads are occurring.
- Upload advocates and NPS follow-up.
- Monitor customer health score.s
- Update contact information in both systems.
Customer Communication
- Follow up with NPS detractors.
- Involvement in customer escalation calls.
NPS Survey
- Coordinate quarterly NPS mailout and monitor results.
- Report results to the company.
Collaboration with the Customer Experience Team
- Coordinate with the Customer Experience team to facilitate communication and information flow.
- Assist the team in the preparation of communications.
What experience do you need?
- A post-secondary education focusing on Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in business coordination
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Team Player, flexible and always looking to seek excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Conflict management and customer service skills
