About the Creative Team:


As Creative Senior Manager, you will lead the creative team with direct ownership of the Gorgias visual identity. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing your team serves as the creative studio for the entire organization and lead the direction of our brand, visual identity and marketing design standards across our GTM org. Channels including our website, one-pagers, animations, sales decks, social channels, trade show booths, and more.

What You’ll Do:


Work cross-functionally to uncover and define creative and business outcomes through design. Leading a team of creative professionals and freelancers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and continuous improvement in our design standards and methods of delivery.


  • Team Leadership : Effectively manage and level up your team of creative professionals for quality, consistent output, that meets the needs of the wider business

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to determine to transform requirements into compelling design solutions.

  • Time & Project Management: Innately understand the trade-offs in projects and priorities to optimize for the outputs that has the greatest impact on the business

  • Digital Design Expertise: Direct the design process for our website and digital channels, prioritizing usability and accessibility from concept to launch.

  • UI/UX Excellence: Work with our in-house web team to create intuitive and conversion rich user interfaces

  • Prototyping and Iteration: Build interactive prototypes to test design concepts, iterating based on user feedback and insights.

  • Motions and video direction: Work with internal resources and freelancers to bring to life motion and video projects that support the entire organization.

  • Design System First: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across internal and external design outcomes.

  • Use problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams, enabling effective decision-making and the creation of impactful design solutions

Who You Are:


You balance a passion for design excellence with leadership. This role is ideal for a versatile and hands-on creative manager who thrives in cross-functional teams and is driven to build a world-class brand and team.


  • An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines

  • Deep expertise in modern design / project management tools including Figma and Asana

  • Proven team leadership and freelancer management skills

  • Proven experience leading digital design projects, particularly in a SaaS environment

  • Excellent communicator that values honest feedback, continuous improvement, and proactivity

  • A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts

  • Strong background in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing excellence in creating user-centric digital experiences.

Bonus Skills:



  • Talents in illustration, storyboarding and motion design would be welcomed additions to this role.

  • Experience in the Ecommerce space and understanding of the market

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company
