The developer is a member of the Technical Programs within the Product Management Alliances team.
Your tasks will include:
- Developing scripts (PowerShell, Bash), code (.net, REST), and processes for automatic hardware and software ecosystem compatibility tests within the Veeam Ready program
- Perform QA of test packages
- Verify test results and integrity of alliance partner submissions
- Support alliance partners in troubleshooting
- Building and maintaining relationships with alliance partners and their compatibility testing teams
- Creating easy-to-understand documentation and training materials for alliance partners on how to conduct Veeam Ready tests
What we expect from you:
- Demonstrated experience with the development of automation solutions with at least 2 of the following: PowerShell, Bash, and REST.
- .Net development experience within an automation solution or product
- Existing hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication
- Industry-based experience in storage and network systems
- Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated logical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills are required
Will be an advantage:
- Code management experience using Git.
- Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) 2023 or newer (Employees have the option to earn VMCE once they start the job)
- Veeam Certified Architect (VMCA) 2023 or newer (Employees have the option to earn VMCA once they start the job)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
- VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization
