Duties / Responsibilities
- Clearly define the desired business outcomes across all clients
- Capture and document customer requirements consistent with platform best practices
- Understand, document, and confirm functional/business design requirements across all clients
- Manage the functional testing of end-to-end outcomes of all implemented solutions
- Document the benefits realization of all clients
- Drive internal QA review story testing during build phase
- Align customer processes with implemented solutions across workstreams
- Establish repeatable templates and assets for requirements gathering
- Other duties as necessary for meeting performance expectations and/or assigned to Employee from time to time by Intact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Agile management certification and significant experience managing agile development engagements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (federal sector preferred)
- Executive-level presence; ability to work at all levels of client organization
- Strong understanding of IT and Enterprise Services; experience with Service Strategy, Design, and Operations
- Experience leading multiple ServiceNow-driven transformation programs
- Familiarity with Business and Process Architecture
- Background in process design and optimization
- Familiar with multiple ServiceNow applications - ITSM/ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HR, SPM, GRC, etc.
- Experience defining and delivering benefits realization performance - targeted outcomes, metrics, and reporting
Optional Desired Qualifications
- One or more Mainline ServiceNow certifications
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide overall HR management across Business Outcomes teams including annual reviews, salary increases and bonus allocations
