Waltonen Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate AI Specialist to lead our organization in the strategic integration of artificial intelligence across various departments, including HR, Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and contribute to overall business success.
Responsibilities
- AI Strategy Development:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration within each department and develop a roadmap for implementation.
- Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored AI solutions that address specific business needs.
- Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Oversee the analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Lead the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support decision-making processes.
- Automation and Process Improvement:
- Identify automation opportunities within various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance workflow automation, reducing manual workload and minimizing errors.
- HR and Recruiting:
- Develop AI-driven tools for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance analysis.
- Implement predictive analytics to optimize workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Leverage AI for customer segmentation, personalized marketing campaigns, and sales forecasting.
- Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Engineering and Manufacturing:
- Drive the implementation of AI in product development, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Optimize production processes through the application of machine learning and automation technologies.
- Accounting:
- Implement AI tools for financial forecasting, fraud detection, and expense management.
- Enhance data accuracy and integrity in financial reporting through automated processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an AI Specialist or similar role.
- Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and implementing AI solutions in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in AI technology.
