GHX is seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Implementation Consultant with a proven track record in driving end to end implementation of invoice automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of supply chain accounts payable processes, industry best practices and a proven ability to translate business requirements into standard solutions to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization. In addition to providing exceptional customer experience, the role will leverage the candidate’s expertise in process improvement to identify and drive optimization opportunities and shaping business processes. This is a senior position that requires technical proficiency as well as forward thinking, leadership capabilities and a passion for driving positive change.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Lead entire lifecycle of invoice automation solution implementations from gathering client requirements to system deployment, ensuring on time delivery.
- Interact with Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, IT and Finance teams to assess current processes, identify areas of focus and design solutions that improve accounts payable efficiency.
- Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, client expectations and internal initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization, contribute to the overall continuous improvement of the program.
- Ability to take a strategic approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering superior client satisfaction.
- Maintain and communicate project status, identify risks, and act on mitigation strategies minimizing project delays to ensure smooth customer operations.
- Deliver train-the-trainer customer education to ensure long term utilization and understanding of the product.
- Assist in the development and management of documentation, policies, and procedures related to implementation operations.
- Participate in cross functional initiatives in areas pertaining to process mapping, product defects, enhancements, and other implementation objectives, as needed.
- Work with leadership to develop, maintain, and report metrics related to implementation activities.
- Work towards operational excellence and continual quality improvement to drive an optimal GHX customer experience, as well as internal efficiency.
- Ability to contribute different thoughts, ideas and viewpoints that lead to greater innovation on projects and cross-functional collaborative efforts.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in healthcare supply chain, accounts payable processes and familiarity with general ledger for healthcare organizations.
- Proficiency in AP automation software or experience working with AP automation tools or similar solutions designed to automate and streamline invoice processing.
- Customer-focused professional with a passion for excellence and extensive experience with healthcare IT implementation projects.
- Ability to provide expert guidance on accounts payable best practices, including taxes, invoice validation and matching and vendor management processes.
- Advanced MS Excel skills to perform analysis on data extracted from user ERP systems.
- Exceptional client management, project management and interaction skills.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic are essential to success.
- Must possess outstanding communication, analytical, planning, coordination, and negotiation skills, as well as a track record of developing and maintaining strong business relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- Over six years’ experience in an implementation or project management role, preferably in healthcare accounts payable, supply chain or related discipline.
- Ability to configure applications, with knowledge of front-end business process applications.
- Experience or competency to perform application training sessions to customer project teams, lead process and application training sessions.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to customer service, with strong client management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and personnel at varying levels of the company and customer organizations.
- Exceptional people and change management skills.
- Strong verbal, writing and presentation delivery skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.

Estimated salary range: $109,700 - $146,200The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
