We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the office of the CEO. This role is integral to the success of our organization and offers high visibility and the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling team meetings, offsite meetings, and various external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events both onsite and offsite.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, process expense reports, and assist with project management of corporate events.
- Facilitate the rhythm of the business by managing agendas, notes, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a liaison for the CEO, exchanging information with senior leaders, customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and assemble resources to address challenges proactively.
- Handle incoming requests with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with office services tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
- Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively with various teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, board members, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in web-based scheduling and collaboration tools.
- Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Excel.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / annuallyOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
