We are Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities.Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide support to the Director of Administration and other members for the Executive Team. This position is responsible for initiating, preparing, coordinating, and following up on administrative duties associated with each executive’s area of responsibility, handling day-to-day tasks and performing a variety of administrative duties.

This is an exciting role that intersects with multiple functions and allows for growth and career development. This is a hybrid position with in-office days being Tuesday and Thursday.Pay Range is $20/hour - $22/hour. 

Our ideal candidate:


  • Performs a wide range administrative tasks
  • Has 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role 
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment while fielding phone calls, responding to requests, issues, complaints, problems and other action items
  • Organizes, prioritizes and summarizes the content of incoming materials, specially gathered information, special requests and meetings
  • Independently researches, prepares and compiles materials for the various departments this position will support. Including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Maintains filing and other record keeping systems, including timely destruction of personnel, payroll and other records
  • Schedules travel reservations for supported positions
  • Prepares various documents, manuals, presentations, policy and procedure manuals, etc.
  • Support for special projects as assigned
  • Proficient in Desktop Publishing and Microsoft Office Suite
