Reporting directly to the APJ Director of Sales Acceleration, the person in this role will play an integral part in supporting and increasing KPI achievement of Sales Development Roles and their managers, understanding sales processes and methodology, sales enablement, productivity tools and messaging awareness, coaching/mentoring and continuing education leveraging learning/development best practices and performance consulting strategies and working with key Sales stakeholders across our business.
Responsibilities:
- Create training and the adoption of existing training.
- Deliver, coordinate, and track current employee’s training and performance.
- Deliver face to face and online coaching both in 1:1 & group sessions as a result of call shadowing, performance results and face to face email monitoring focusing but not limited to Sales Development Roles.
- Provide coaching to managers to support call shadowing, email assessing and coaching conversations for Sales Development Roles
- Participate and contribute in all T3 (Train-the-Trainer) sessions as required and complete all necessary certifications in a timely manner. Including and not limited to sales trainings, onboarding methodologies and product/solution knowledge.
- Evaluate performance based on pre-defined checkpoints and provide feedback to team leaders.
- Evaluate existing training programs to ensure the quality and effectiveness of professional development.
- Communicate weekly with stakeholders from enablement team and sales management & stakeholders.
- Provide 1:1 coaching to new hires struggling with more complex topics, as well as providing resulting feedback to the Sales Acceleration team or sales team leaders.
- Provide face to face ramp-up support to future Sales Coaches in APJ (including those contracted through Teleperformance)
- Required to be physically present in the Veeam KL office Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 in accordance with all work legislature applicable.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and their adaptation into a sales environment.
- Awareness of or experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred.
- Awareness of or experience with collaboration tools like MS Teams, WebEx, etc.
- Facilitation & coaching experience.
- Veeam portfolio knowledge proven knowledge.
- Strong Sales Experience in Commercial Sales Roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of driving programs and projects independently with success.
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn complex systems quickly.
- Able to travel as needed (up to 30%) international travel.
