Analytica is seeking a
Senior Manager of Advanced Analytics to lead technical implementation on advanced analytics, data science, machine learning and/or graph analytics federal client projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to tackle complex, enterprise cloud or on-premises software and technology projects. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to define achievable roadmaps and use a variety of information gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, facilitation, diagrams) to help design and building advanced Analytics services.
- Oversees and manage a small team of data engineers, data scientists, and application developers to develop data and advanced analytics solutions for improving client's data and analytics capabilities
- Cloud-Based Big Data Processing: Utilize advanced big data cloud computing resources to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge analytical and modeling solutions to solve federal use case challenges
- Advanced Analytical Methods: Lead the design, development, and utilization of a combination of advanced analytical methods, including propensity scoring, segmentation/clustering, journey/stage sequencing, regression, and optimization.
- Model Deployment and Maintenance: Work with data engineering and data architecture teams to productionize and deploy automated analytical model solutions, providing ongoing support for their tracking and maintenance to ensure their continued effectiveness in real-world applications.
- Support the use of graph databases to solve a range of problems: for example, using knowledge of graph database languages to query a graph database and answer statistical questions.
- Provide technical inputs to agile processes, such as epic, story, and task definition to resolve issues and remove barriers throughout the lifecycle of client engagements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or any other quantitative field.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience with leading data modeling efforts including algorithm development, automation efforts, and developing visual reports.
- Minimum 2+ years experience with Databricks for data pipelines, models and data science development
- Minimum 1+ years experience working with graph databases such as Neo4J, AWS Neptune or others
- Exposure to Tableau, PowerBI, and/or SAS Viya business intelligence tools
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with a wide range of audiences and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to work within time constraints and manage multiple tasks against critical deadlines.
- US Citizen with the ability to secure US Federal Security Clearance
