This is part of an exciting expansion that will grow the company’s product portfolio.Envisics is currently looking for a Management Executive Assistant & Office Manager to assist our Frankfurt, German HQ office with Management assistance, facilities management, health and safety, sales and program management.We are looking for an experienced professional who has good communication skills, an entrepreneurial style and is outgoing with a positive attitude.  The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and have demonstrated a professional approach in dealing with our customersand suppliers as well as the internal stakeholders of the company.A previous successful experience on Managing schedule for a C-Level Executive is required, as well as the understanding and an experience of collaborating with the different Departments in a Company.The successful Candidate will be the right Arm for the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) when it comes to Meetings, Time, Calendar, Trips and Event management.Some of the things your will be able to do, or have experience of:

  • 10+ experience in a similar role for an international company
  • Master degree or equivalent experience with management and office assistance
  • Excellent skills level of complete Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and video conferencing)
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, environment with tight deadlines and sometimes minimal oversight
  • Deal professionally with people at all levels including experience with Mgt Level Customer coordination & communication
  • The ability to work well as part of a team in Germany, Usa, Asia, and UK HQ.
  • Dedication and determination to deliver results and meticulous accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management skills and high level of problem solving ability
  • The ability to use your own initiative and anticipate is primordial
  • Experience in events management, B2b marketing or technical marketing collaterals is a plus
  • Excellent English and German level
