Required Skills-
- Experience with Snowflake and Sigma
- Familiarity with data science tools, like python or R
- Familiarity with healthcare or ERP data
- Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Strong demonstrable SQL skills
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets
- Ability to write comprehensive reports

Roles & Responsibilities-
- Lead and contribute to analysis effort for our Platform Product Development Data Quality Team.
- In partnership with the engineering and product teams identify patterns and trends in the data assets to assist in feasibility and capability analysis.
- Define new data collection and analysis processes.
- Support the development and product teams in identifying and revising analytic and feasibility requirements.
- Thorough understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

- Suggest and organize team building activities.
Education and Experience-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 8+ years’ experience mining data as a data analyst in a related field
8+ years’ experience handling large data sets
