Senior Solution Architect – Dynamics365 CRM-based Solution
Project Summary & Overview
We seek two Senior Solution Architects to participate in our Product Management Transformation project. This initiative aims to revolutionize how our team delivers ongoing technical support, services, and capabilities to our customers. As a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics365 CRM-based applications, you will leverage your expertise in Agile and SCRUM Methodology, Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions, Azure Data Services, and Azure Integration Services to transform the technology that supports the most at-risk children and families within the state.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
- Utilize Agile and SCRUM Methodology to manage and deliver technical projects.
- Oversee the integration of Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Agile & Scrum Methodology.
- Five years or more documented experience in a similar role with projects of similar size and scope. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
- Solid understanding of .NET full-stack development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Beneficial Skills (But Not Required):
- Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
- Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
