Each one of us contributes to making sure our clients come first while maintaining a strong company culture.The Opportunity:If you're passionate about sales and you're looking for a company that values career growth and professional development, we want to talk to you!Agility Recovery is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our growing SMB Sales team in Denver, CO reporting directly to the Senior Director of SMB Sales.In this role, you will sell into a large geographic territory of small to mid-sized businesses, across several key verticals.

Ideally, you will have experience selling physical solutions and/ or a background in subscription-based, recurring revenue sales. Qualified candidates understand success in sales comes from constant learning and fine-tuning of their sales acumen, an eagerness for feedback and coaching, an entrepreneurial, process-focused approach to their daily activities, and the relentless drive to close opportunities using a consultative and solutions-based approach.In this role, you will:

  • Achieve and/or exceed sales quota to new logo customers.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting cold calls into new accounts and warm calls in conjunction with lead follow-up and nurturing programs.
  • Successfully manage call control to discover true pain and overcome prospect objections.
  • Track activity, prepare, and maintain records for sales leads and account status in Salesforce.com.
  • Develop a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Improve continuously through feedback and coaching.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful new logo sales experience with a record of over-achieving quota
  • A track record of successful cold calling and setting meetings with prospects.
  • Experiencing effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities at different sales stages
  • Proven negotiation experience and the ability to obtain agreement from multiple parties.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven mentality with a proven track record in sales
  • A clear understanding of solution-based selling processes
  • Effective listening skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
