Analytica is seeking an
Analytics Manager to lead technical implementation on analytics, business intelligence, reporting and dashboarding federal consulting projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to tackle complex, enterprise cloud or on-premises software and technology projects. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to define achievable roadmaps and use a variety of information gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, facilitation, diagrams) to help design and building reporting and analytics services and products.
- Lead cross-functional projects from a BI perspective, translating business needs into robust and sustainable data solutions.
- Manage a small team of data engineers, data analysts, business intelligence developers and application developers to develop reporting, dashboarding and business intelligence solutions that enhance client capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis requirements and translate them into effective dashboards and reports.
- Design and implement advanced data architectures that integrate various business systems and provide scalable analytics frameworks.
- Act as a liaison between the business intelligence team and senior management, ensuring that BI strategies align with overall business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and data sets that can enhance our analytical capabilities.
- Prepare and present high-level reports and analyses to executive teams, illustrating data-driven insights with clear strategic implications.
- Provide technical inputs to agile processes, such as epic, story, and task definition to resolve issues and remove barriers throughout the lifecycle of client engagements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Business Intelligence role with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and other programming languages relevant to data manipulation and analysis.
- Deep experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS Viya, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with executive management.
- Ability to work within time constraints and manage multiple tasks against critical deadlines.
- US Citizen with the ability to secure US Federal Security Clearance
